Precise Calibration & Signal Testing

4–20 mA, HART and NAMUR signals are verified on a calibration bench using precision measurement equipment; linearity, hysteresis and repeatability between valve opening and input signal are tested against manufacturer data sheets.

Pneumatic Circuit & Spring Pack Overhaul

Diaphragm, spring pack and internal pneumatic circuit components are individually inspected; worn or leaking parts are replaced with OEM equivalents. Air supply connections and filter-regulator units are cleaned and adjusted.

Electronic Board & Feedback Overhaul

On digital positioners, electronic circuit boards, potentiometers and feedback sensors are tested; damaged components are replaced and PID parameters along with fully-open/fully-closed point settings are adjusted per manufacturer procedures.

Field Calibration & Commissioning

After overhaul, the positioner is integrated into the DCS/PLC system on-site, where position feedback, alarm outputs and fail-safe position are verified in the live process. All tests are completed with a measurement report and 12-month warranty certificate.

The positioner is removed and the pneumatic circuit, electronic board, feedback mechanism and signal wiring are each tested individually; a fault report is submitted for your approval.

Repair, Overhaul & Calibration

Worn diaphragms, spring packs and electronic components are replaced with OEM equivalents; zero, span and linearity values are precisely adjusted on the calibration bench.

Field Test & Delivery
